🩷✨October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🩷✨
It’s important to know your body and check your chest regularly, no matter your age.
CoppaFeel! encourages everyone to stay aware of what’s normal for them and to see a doctor if they notice any changes. Early detection can save lives. Spread the word and help break the stigma around.
Here is a link on how to check yourself coppafeel.org/breast-cancer-info-and-advice/how-do-i-check/
Drop a 💓if you promise to self-check this week (and share so others do too).

💙 New at The Community Hub! 💙
Every Monday, we’ll be joined by the NHS Health Point Team for a friendly pop-in session from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
They’ll be on hand to offer support and guidance, provide a weekly weigh-in, and share nurturing health and wellbeing advice.
☕ Tea and coffee will be available — so why not pop in for a cuppa and a blether while you’re here?
🩺 A confidential room is also available if you’d like to discuss anything personal or private.
