On at the Communty hub tonight.

Free Men’s Yoga taster session 6pm tonight.
Do you make strange, involuntary noises when putting on your socks? Is it hard to tell if it’s your knees that are creaking or the stairs you’re going up? Do hangovers last 5 days or do you simply just want to get out the house and do something that makes you feel good? If yes then you’re in the right company. This coming Monday I’ll be running a free taster session in Lossiemouth for men’s Yoga. Come and hang out with other creaky people, move around a wee but and then feel better when you leave than when you arrived. 😉 This is for those who have never tried Yoga but would like to give it a go and don’t know where to begin. We’ll be starting at zero and working through some of the foundational poses to work up to a simple routine you can take home and do yourself. ... See MoreSee Less

Would like to say a huge thank you to Vicky from Hat Full of Bees for her fantastic information session for parents and staff today.
Vicky shared so much valuable insight and support around neurodivergence and ADHD, and we are incredibly grateful for the time and knowledge she brought to our community.
The concern about being diagnosed and then feeling “dropped”, or not even getting diagnosed at all, is a worry for many families. Through today’s session, Vicky helped attendees gain a better understanding of neurodivergence and ADHD, while encouraging families to start building resilience and finding strategies that work for them.
Thank you again, Vicky, for such an informative and supportive session.
